Workflow

• Bug - Fixed backed error causing Whoops! message when reviewers made a final determination on Programs that were the result of substantial change.

Reports

• CCCCO needs to run and review the CDCP report, which was available in the legacy system. This report has been added to the admin panel. It will be generated monthly and can be downloaded to excel for further analysis.

• Bug - Courses Export via Public Courses page not exporting all courses.

• Request for TOP Code search in public courses report (outside login).

Users

• Refinement - Attributes to add to main users table.

Both Course and Program Submissions

• Refinement - Results table heading of Status Date on Main Courses and Programs Pages.

Course Submissions

• Bug - On the New or Edit Course page, there are two Supporting Document headers.

• Credit Status in Courses Tab> would like to be able to add filter for "all credit courses" or "noncredit= 0".

Program Submissions

• Display College Name on Program Details Screen.

• Update CB01 data for mission college with spreadsheet attached.

• Refinement - Remove Sub Change flag from TOP code changes in programs.

• Bug - JAC Sponsor Phone not accepting any value over 255.

Program Reviews

• Refinement - TOP Codes in Reviewer Program Review and Course Review should show numbers and title.

• Bug - College submitter name never updates.

• Dashboard Tab for Reviewers - Move queues to 2 new pages, content/layout of dashboard tab to match other roles.

• Refinement - Reviewer Screen’s Change Save and Deny buttons to Send to Revision.

• Refinement - Course and Program Proposal Status workflow when reviewer selects save and deny.

• Bug - "Return to Queue" button returns to Dashboard and not the respective queue.

• Refinement- Reviewer field doesn't populate for credit courses on main courses page.

• Refinement - My Program Reviews Page

  • Award Column in Reviewer Queue should appear with detailed Award instead of code.

  • Review Queues - Add additional column for Review Start.

  • Reviewer Queue - Color Code Proposals in Review that were previously in Revision Status.
