C-ID (Course Identification Numbering System) - COCI (California Community Colleges Curriculum Inventory) Integration Expansion

Course mapping between C-ID and COCI is implemented.

The latest C-ID details for linked courses are available to COCI submitters in the Articulation tab of the course form, eliminating the need to manually track or update articulation details:

• Any update on the linked Articulation on CID reflects automatically.

• Linked CID courses stay updated with the COCI data.

• Each mapping attempt creates a new record.

• Previous attempts are never overwritten.

• The system retrieves the latest mapping status for a given course.

Search engines are blocked from crawling lower C-ID environments such as CI (Continuous Integration), QA (Quality Assurance), and PILOT. Only the C-ID production environment appears in search results for "CID", or other related keyword searches.

Course Submissions

The reviewer queue landing page has been redesigned for Primary and Course Reviewers to improve usability. Each course in the review queue appears as a card showing:

• Course name

• Date submitted

• Days in status

• Review progress

Available actions for each card:

• Assign reviewers

• Fast track

• Reassign

• Review
