Program Units & Hours

A College Submitter is required to enter minimum and maximum units in the Units & Hours tab of the program form.

Program Modules

When a College Submitter is creating a CBE program submission, they are required to add modules in the Modules tab of the program form. The College Submitter can now associate a Traditional course for each of the modules that they create for their CBE program, for submission purposes, by clicking the ⊕ button in the Action column of the Traditional Course Equivalency field. The Traditional Course Search window is displayed. The College Submitter conducts a search for a Traditional course that shares similar content with their module. Then can then click Add Traditional Course Info and then click Close.

The Traditional course lookup contains the following search fields:

  • Credit Status (CB04)

  • TOP Code (CB03)

  • CCN

  • Course Status

  • College

Program Contact

Previously, comments entered by a CCCCO Reviewer when they sent a program back to revision status were viewable by CCCCO Admins, CCCCO Reviewers and College Submitters under the Contact tab in the program form when Edit program was selected. A change has been made so that CCCCO Reviewers now see the comments in View program mode, while CCCCO Admins and College Submitters continue to see the comments in Edit program.
