You may view all the information related to a program or course including course association, attachments, and the approval and field change history of a submitted program or course, but the role does not allow you to add, edit, or delete any information.

This role is commonly assigned to Articulation Officers to view details beyond the publicly accessible record for a program or course including those that are in draft or deleted status which are not included on the public report.
