Activate an Approved Course in COCI

Activate an Approved Course in COCI

There are two ways to activate your courses from the Courses page in COCI: by selecting the course(s) in the search results table and clicking on the Change Status button, or by going into the Read Only page for an individual course. It is not necessary to go into the Edit Course page for a course in order to activate a course.

Note: The timing for activating courses varies from college to college. In some cases, the locally defined process will require the College Submitter to activate courses immediately after they receive approved status, while other colleges will wait until a week before the COR start date to activate a course.

Note: You must be logged under one of the following roles to activate a course:

  • College Submitter

  • CCCCO Admin
