Course Summary

When the Credit Status (CB04) field is set to Noncredit in the Attributes tab of the Course page, the COR fields in the Summary tab will display Not Applicable.

Roles

A View Cal-GETCs permission has been added under Site Administration > Roles > College Submitter > Edit > Admin Permissions. Enabling this permission allows College Submitters to view the Cal-GETC page.

Administrative Panel

A Cal-GETC button has been added to the left navigation panel under Manage Transfer Curriculum for CCCCO Admins. When clicked, the Cal-GETC button directs the CCCCO Admin user to the Cal-GETC page to configure Cal-GETC transfers. The button can also be viewed an used by College Submitters with View Cal-GETC permissions.

Cal-GETC

The Cal-GETC page enables CCCCO Admins to search for existing Cal-GETC subject areas and subareas, as well as review, edit, view, or deactivate transfer mappings.

Two user roles have the following options:

CCCCO Admin users:

• A results table displays all Cal-GETC subject areas.

• Users can search the table by subject area or status.

• Buttons at the top of the table allow users to create a subject area and a new mapping.

• Edit and History links are available.

College Submitter users:

When the View Cal-GETCs Admin Permission is activated for the College Submitter role by a CCCCO Admin, they can view the Cal-GETC page only.
