Program and Course Reviews

Reviewers not able to view courses and programs approved by other reviewers

  • User permissions and workflow rules for the CCCCO Reviewer role modified to allow reviewers to see all Approved proposals from the main courses and programs page; not just those s/he personally approved.

  • All other view permissions retained.

Course Submissions

Bug Fix: duplicate record search match criteria and processing of error messages received with new Common Course Numbers

  • Criteria for duplicate record checks updated to align with MIS field integrity checks; changes made to the confirmation file returned to separate CCN from other error or status messaging.

Bug Fix: CB06 and CB07 calculating for non credit courses

  • The auto calculation for credits in the CB06 and CB07 fields are now disabled when the CB04 selection is noncredit. CB06 and CB07 only display 0 or 0.00 when the user edits or adds Min/Max Contact and Outside of Class Hours and the course is noncredit.

    • Changing Min/Max Contact Hours and Outside of Class Hours will result in a sub change warning if the course has a control number assigned.

    • Entering Min/Max Contact Hours and Outside of Class hours for the first time will not trigger a substantial change, even when the course has a control number.

    • User is able to manually edit CB06 and CB07.

Bug Fix: CB09 Validation blocking submissions

  • Updates to CB09 now allow users top successfully complete a course submission when there is a match between CB09 selection and TOP Code type.

    • Users can submit a course proposal (new or edited) with CB09 = A, B, C, D when CB03 = Vocational and get to a success completion message.

    • Users can submit a course proposal (new or edited) with CB09 = E when CB03 = not Vocational and get to a success completion message.

  • Hanging search and error messaging have been resolves for the sort icon on the Proposal Status Date column within the courses queue.

    • Sorts newest to oldest and oldest to newest.

    • All other sort icons in the courses queue work as expected.

    • All fields are required (must contain a response before submitting)

    • 0.00 is allowed

    • 0.00 where the field was previously blank will not trigger a sub change

Bug Fix: Inconsistent issues with Edit Programs page loading Loading

  • Users have reported page load issues when entering the programs screen from the edit link on the main programs page. Having identified the root cause, submitters can now access all expected action buttons and fields and changes to the program proposal can be successfully saved and displayed in view and edit modes.
