Implementation is scheduled based on budget and work plan objectives for the fiscal year.
The following changes were approved and deployed in 2019 (beginning with Q3 of FY18/19) by the CCCApply Redesign Workgroup - under the direction of the CCC Chancellor's Office.
Currently there are several projects and high-priority issues that are being reviewed or investigated through sub-committees of the CCCApply Steering Committee. Sub-committees include members of the CCCApply Steering Committee, as well as Subject Matter Experts (SME) from the Chancellor's Office, the California Department of Education (CDE), CCC Academic Senate, technology vendors, and other stakeholders with vested interest in the resolution or implementation of various projects or initiatives relative to OpenCCCApply.
Sub-committee projects are approved by the Steering Committee, however the project objectives, goals, agendas and meeting schedules are determined by the sub-committee members themselves. Below is a list of the issues that are currently being reviewed. Sub-committees will report up to the Steering body during bi-monthly meetings.
