2018-08: Auto-Populate Promise Grant Application

Problem Statement or Business Need

Per request from CCCCO, implement auto-population functionality in the CC Promise Grant Application (formerly known as the BOG Fee Waiver Application) so that the system looks for a previously submitted BOG application from the same student within the past 2 years, and if found, autopopulates as many eligible data fields as possible.

Second - look for a previously submitted CCCApply standard application. If found (submitted within the last 2 years? check on that - maybe 1 year) pre-fill as many applicable data fields as possible.  .

Note:  A number of of unanswered questions regarding specific requirements were documented and sent to Bryan Dickason, MIS CCCCO.  Those have been answered (see spreadsheet below); updates to the requirements are underway and will move forward for approval.
