Problem / Issue
As an enhancements to the administrator, please add the following:
1. Sort terms from newest to oldest by default. The current sort from oldest to newest is not useful and takes additional clicks.
2. Ability to remove users

Proposed Solution
Currently, enhancements to the CCCApply Administrator and the CCC Administrator (CAP) are not funded in this fiscal year.
This change will be presented to the Chancellor's Office for approval for FY2019-2020 budget.
