Problem / Issue
DRAFT - Update this page to itemize and groom all details proposed for revision to the CCCApply.org student-facing pages which have recently moved under the MyPath portal to align with integration of OpenCCC system (for unauthenticated students).
- Proposed concept / mock-up (P. Donohue) - Build a rich set of student-facing informational pages (CCCApply Home page to select a college (Apply Now) for students and incorporate front-facing design for new "My Applications" page for CCCApply and "My Profile" page which would integrate with OpenCCC Account system (and Edit Account integration). See "FY19/20 Charter Goals DRAFT" to begin integration of CCCApply with MyPath (2019-2022)
- Implement a student-facing page for "High School" population, where high school students could learn more about college, learn about how to apply to college via CCCApply, and land on the CCGI system so that these HS students can start the application process from CCGI. Enhanced with auto-populated application data, this would be a win-win for high schools, students, colleges, CCCApply and CCGI. Note: CSU has already implemented a similar workflow and this would be an important inter-segmental implementation for all stakeholders;
- This could expand to eTranscript CA and/or other systemwide organizations and services. Look into it.
NOTE: Remove this once updated: After You Apply: https://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/how-to-apply/applying-as-a-transfer/after-you-apply/
Proposed Solution
DRAFT - Update this space with first round implementation and requirements for the above.
Patty plans to meet with CCGI to drill down on proposal on June 21. MyPath team is also included.
