Updating the DLC Jar File In your installed Download Client directory, replace the older transfer-client files with the latest version. The latest Download Client jar file aligns to CCCApply version 6.9.1.

Java Version Update 2019: Colleges still using the Download Client to download their CCCApply submitted applications should review the announcement regarding the important Java Version Update for the CCCApply Download Client and update your XML files with the latest "transfer-client jar" file after each remaining release (Pilot and Production).

Remember...You must update the XML files for Pilot and Production environments, and run the latest Download Client Jar files after every new release that includes a data field change.
Please be sure to backup your files before downloading new ones.
NOTE: Java Version Update for the CCCApply Download Client
As of June 28, 2019 (Release 6.5.0), the CCCApply Download Client Jar will no longer support Java 8 or OpenJDK 8. CCCApply recommends that colleges running the Download Client v.6.4.0 or earlier version should upgrade to Corretto Java 8 or OpenJDK Java 11 in order to stay in compliance and continue to be supported by CCCApply technical support.
