Data Delivery Methods

IMPORTANT: The CCCApply Download Client (DLC) has begun end-of-life activities and will no longer be supported after July 31, 2023. Maintenance and bug fixes will continue to be deployed until that time, however no additional data fields will be added to the service beginning July 1, 2022. SuperGlue for Apply

SuperGlue for Apply delivers student application data directly to your college’s SIS via the SuperGlue College Adapter. On average, SuperGlue for Apply is able to deliver the full dataset for each of these applications directly to colleges on average within seconds of application submission. This service is available for the following CCCApply applications:

  • Standard Application

  • Noncredit Application

  • International Application

  • California College Promise Grant Application

  • Multiple Measures Placement data

Data Staging Tables

Colleges have the option to have their CCCApply application data delivered via SuperGlue to a secure staging table, accessible via a CSV file export. College researchers can request access to their college CCCApply LGBTQ data (AB 620) using this option, which is otherwise restricted from basic downloads (CCCApply Download Client) and the CCCApply Report Center.


CCCApply Download Client

NOTICE: Beginning July 1, 2022, all new OpenCCC, CCCApply, and CC Promise Grant application data will ONLY be delivered via SuperGlue for Apply. The CCCApply Download Client will be monitored in maintenance mode to continue delivering data; however any new or changed data fields (including legislated/mandated data) implemented across the SSS applications will not be added to the CCCApply Download Client.
