SuperGlue for Apply: New Data Fields for SSS Version 1.0
The new OpenCCC Account System (2.0) is part of the Student Success Suite (SSS) products and services. The tables below display the new OpenCCC 2.0 data fields that will be delivered exclusively via SuperGlue for Apply in the SSS Joint Release Version 1.0.

New Data Fields for SuperGlue for Apply
The following data fields have been implemented in the SSS Joint 1.0 release requires action from colleges receiving their CCCApply data directly via SuperGlue. The majority of these new fields are part of the new OpenCCC 2.0 system, and one new field was added to the CCCApply International Application.
Note: These fields are now active in the College Adaptor; however, data will not be delivered until the OpenCCC 2.0 product launch (SSS Joint Release V.1.0). As such, these fields will be blank/null until then.

What do colleges using SuperGlue for Apply have to do?
To start receiving data from the new SSS V.1.0 fields, colleges receiving CCCApply data directly from SuperGlue for Glue will need to perform the steps outlined below.
Collaborate with the CCCTC Enabling Service team (cems@ccctechcenter.org) to:
Add the new fields to their SIS staging tables
Schedule update of the SuperGlue V.4.1 College Adaptor version that supports the new OpenCCC 2.0 and CCCApply 6.9.0.
Notes:
Production version of the SG V.4.1 College Adaptor was released in September 2021.
College IT staff may need to update any college-specific processing required to move the new data from the staging tables into SIS core tables/forms.
When do colleges using SuperGlue for Apply need to make these changes?
The SuperGlue College Adaptor (V.4.1) was released into production in September 2021 in advance of the upcoming SSS Joint Release 1.0. Once the deployment is complete, colleges can begin receiving this data.
IMPORTANT: Beginning with the upcoming SSS Joint Release 1.0, data for the new OpenCCC Account System 2.0 data fields will only be available to CCC colleges via SuperGlue for Apply. New and changed data fields will not be delivered via the CCCApply Download Client, nor will the new data fields be accessible in the CCCApply Report Center immediately following the SSS Joint Release 1.0.
