Release Summary
OpenCCC Updates
In this release additional internal system updates and other maintenance work was completed in preparation for an upcoming Student Success Suite (SSS) release planned for the end of May and early June. SSS releases combine work pertaining to OpenCCC Account system, CCCApply and related staff tools.
Release v.3.1.0 changes include:
Internal updates and enhancements to the OpenCCC Helpdesk system, giving our support engineers better visibility into identifying bad actors and account takeovers, as well as legitimate duplicate account holders;
Additional internal Helpdesk enhancements to improve account recovery workflows;
Maintenance updates to our OpenCCC IdP system (internal only);
Bug Fixes
A fix was made to ensure trailing and preceding white spaces are removed from user profile data during account creation;
Fixed an issue reported by CVC on behalf of two colleges that some students were having trouble authenticating to CCCApply. These colleges have been notified.
College Logo Updates
Updated the branded logo for Rio Hondo College across OpenCCC webpages
Our Commitment to Prioritizing Fraud Prevention Efforts
The CCCTC is committed to identifying and mitigating application and financial aid fraud across all Student Success Suite systemwide technology applications, including OpenCCC, MyPath, and CCCApply. For security reasons, all fraud prevention activities and development are never shared publicly outside of the CCCTC Private Fraud/Spam Support Group.
Authorized CCC staff may request access to the private fraud/spam support group by sending an email request to CCCTC Staff Support at staffsupportccctc@openccc.zendesk.com.
Data Access & Delivery

Superglue for Apply
As new features and functionality are developed for CCCApply and other systemwide technology applications, it may be necessary for colleges to upgrade their existing Superglue College Adaptor schema to the latest version. For information about the Superglue College Adaptor and your current schema version, please contact your College Experience Manager at Enabling Services for assistance.
Data Warehouse Access
All CCCApply and Student Success Suite data fields are ultimately stored in the CCC Data Warehouse which can be accessed directly via the Data Warehouse Direct Access Connection service and/or, for authorized admins and staff, through the Data Warehouse Report Server.
