As part of the systemwide Student Success Initiative, this release is intended to provide continuity and cohesion to the student onboarding experience overall.
This release is focused on the CCCApply suite of online admission applications and the CC Promise Grant online application.

Changes to CCCApply Applications
Below is a list of changes that were implemented to the CCCApply applications.
Text Updates to the Standard & Noncredit Application
Text changes were made to the top of specific pages in the CCCApply Standard & Noncredit applications:
The following text was added to the top of the Education page: “Your responses will be kept private and secure and will not be used for discriminatory purposes”.
The following text was added to the top of the Citizenship/Military page: “Your responses will be kept private and secure and will not be used for discriminatory purposes”.
The following text was added to the top of the Residency page “Your responses will be kept private and secure and will not be used for discriminatory purposes”.
The following text was added to the top of the Demographic page, “Your responses will be kept private and secure and will not be used for discriminatory purposes”.
Standardization of Help Information Text Using Tool-Tip Icons
Instances of Help information implemented with hyperlinks (formerly called “pop-up” Help in the data dictionary) have been replaced with the more accessible Help icons to display when the icon is clicked. The original onscreen text and help information has not changed. This change ensures that all help text and additional onscreen information now behaves in a standardized way.
Note: In cases where multiple instances of help icons and pop-up hyperlinks existed, the text has been combined in to a single custom Help modal.

REMINDER: CCCApply Download Client End-of-Life Cycle
In FY2021-22, the CCC Tech Center began outlining steps to sunset the CCCApply Download Client as a supported data delivery service for the CCCApply applications. End-of-life activities include moving the Download Client to maintenance mode and communicating to colleges that all only new state legislative and MIS mandated data fields will be added to the Download Client moving forward. OpenCCC and CCCApply application data fields will only be delivered via the SuperGlue for Apply service.
As a reminder, the CCCApply Download Client is backwards compatible and will still be able to deliver data for existing Account and CCCApply data fields.
