Resetting Applications for Download

In the event of a problem with a download job, you can easily identify which applications need to be reset in the Report Center and reset them to download in the Administrator.

 

CCC Report Center

  1. Open the Report Center and go to View > Repository.
  2. Open the Public Folder > Application Reports
  3. Select/run the report entitled: New Applicants - Date Filter
  4. Once the report has run, select the Options icon in the tool bar (the last icon on the right, after the Save As, Export As icons).
  5. Identify the date range to include (The update ran on 12/05/14 @ 5:00pm PST).  
  6. Select the Calendar picker icon to the right of the first open date field. The time parameters are listed in military time. We recommend the following:
    1. Set the Start time to:  17:00:01 (add that one second to 5:00pm or 1700 hours). 
    2. Set the End time - "Now".
  1. Hit Apply, then OK.  Your report will filter all new application during that date range.
  2. Next select the Output format you want to save this report as.  We recommend outputting to Excel. 
  3. Once the Excel report has downloaded to your computer, open it in Excel.
  4. Select/swipe the "Confirmation" column which lists the Confirmation Numbers from each application submitted and COPY.

 

To reset downloads in the Administrator:

  1. Open the Administrator and Log In.
  2. Navigate to the "Reset Downloads" tab.
  3. Paste the Confirmation Numbers from the report you just ran into to the open field.
  4. Hit Reset.  This will reset the applications for download again.
