ID Verification Data Fields

Below are the data fields collected during the identity verification process and passed to your college with your students' CCCApply submitted application data and verification status change notifications. Status changes occur whenever a student’s verification status becomes unverified, or re-verified, or expires. For complete ID Verification data element specifications, please see the online OpenCCC Account Data Element Dictionary.

If the system identifies a student’s verification status has changed, a status change event notification is delivered by SuperGlue to the Events Table of each college that the student has submitted an application to. In addition, colleges may request access to a recurring Identity Verification Status Change Report.

Student’s with an Unverified verification status will encounter the Re-Verify Your Identity page upon their next OpenCCC or CCCApply sign in attempt. This will also happen if the status is set to Expired.

At all times, the student’s ID verification status is displayed at the bottom of their Account Profile page.
