ID.me Verified Status - Manual update via Keycloak

Locate the student in Keycloak. Three fields need to be added to verify the student. There is an option at the bottom of the Attributes page labeled "Add Attribute.” This is where the additional lines are added. 

The first field is the Key field. The field next to it is the Value field.

Key idme_optin_timestamp - This will be filled with the date the student opted in. This field usually has the information populated when the student attempts to verify through ID.me

Key idme_workflow_status - The value would be verified (use all lowercase letters or it won’t update properly)

Key idme_confirmation_timestamp - The value for this will be provided by Jesse or Julia if it is missing.

Once this information was saved, it immediately updated Helpdesk with the verification information.
