Staging/Audit Field | Field in the staging/audit table in PeopleSoft that the adaptor field is mapped to. A staging table is used so that a) there an audit trail of what data came in via the college adaptor and b) records that were not written because a record already existed |

^ In PeopleSoft, BOGFW year can be school specific; some are yearly due to evaluating FAFSA, but that doesn't have to be the case.
- When a GET is performed, a term is supplied and will be returned with the result.
- When a POST is performed, the term supplied will dictate with FA Year to write the data to.
- On a GET or POST, if a term matches more than one FA Year, the configuration value FaExchangeBOGYearMatching will determine whether to use the first or last year (default is LAST).
i.e. STATUS = indicates a status of whether the import was successful.
- 1 = success
- 2 = fail
