Release Summary
The CCCApply v.6.6.0 production release is tentatively scheduled for Friday, October 19 at 6:00 pm PST. The Production environment will be offline during the release. College staff can stay informed on the progress of release activities by clicking on "Follow" on the CCCTC System Alerts page on CCCTechnology.info.

Changes to the CCCApply Download Client
The following data fields have been added or changed in the CCCApply applications. The section below pertains specifically to the CCCApply Download Client; see below for information related to data fields being added to SuperGlue. For updated data specification documents, please see the CCCApply Data Dictionaries and User Guides space.NOTE: As there are no new or deprecated data fields in this release, there is no change required to your current Download Client, download XML files, or your v.6.5.0 download client Jar file (transfer-client.jar).
Colleges should be using the latest Download Client Jar file (transfer-client.jar)

New & Changed Data Fields
The tables below provide an overview of all new, removed, or changed data fields in the CCCApply Applications, including the new Noncredit Application path within the Standard Application, implemented in the v.6.6.0 release. All changes to the "Glue for Apply" data sets are also noted.

To download the new Noncredit Application data fields (released in June 2019), you must add them to your CCCApply Standard Application Format Definition XML file and update your Download Client Jar file, if used. Changes to the User Interface
Standard Application: Needs & Interests Page
The Athletic Interest question no longer requires a response by the applicant.
If the Athletic Interest question appears in the Standard Application, it requires a response by the user.
The Athletic Interest question - if displayed (optional) - no longer requires a response from the user. The question now allows "null" or blank values.
