2025-2026 California College Promise Grant Application
The 2025-2026 California College Promise Grant Online Application will be deployed to production in early January 2025. This year’s update includes an update Income Table. For more information, please see the 2025-2026 CCPG Data Specification for more details.

Pilot Testing: Send Your Feedback
A one-week pre-production pilot preview will be available for update. Colleges can review the changes via their college-branded online CCPG Pilot application. All feedback or issues should be reported directly to the CCCTC Staff Support team at staffsupportccctc@openccc.zendesk.com.
Only colleges that have implemented the online CCPG application will have a college-branded online CCPG pilot site. Is your college interested in using the online version of the CCPG application? Contact your College Experience Manager at cems@ccctechcenter.org to start your implementation.

Data Access & Delivery
No changes were made to the existing CC Promise Grant data schema in the 2025-2026 CCPG Annual Update.

Superglue for Apply
As new features and functionality are developed for CCCApply and other systemwide technology applications, it may be necessary for colleges to upgrade their existing Superglue College Adaptor schema to the latest version. For information about the Superglue College Adaptor and your current schema version, please contact your College Experience Manager at Enabling Services for assistance.
Data Warehouse Access
All CCCApply and Student Success Suite data fields are ultimately stored in the CCC Data Warehouse which can be accessed directly via the Data Warehouse Direct Access Connection service and/or, for authorized admins and staff, through the Data Warehouse Report Server.
