Get your Administrator URL and Report Center URLs from your IT or Admissions Director.
These are the URLs you need to get into and set up the Administrator Terms, Majors, Rules, etc.

Report Center in Pilot: User accounts have not yet been created. To Do.

Setting Up the Administrator

Use the Using the Administrator User Guide for details on setting up your college settings in the Administrator.
When you navigate to the Administrator and Sign In, select "International" from the Application drop down menu.
Select your college from the College menu. Your college tabs will appear for:

• Terms
• Majors
• English Proficiency
• Rules
• Supplemental Questions
• Users

Two Administrator & Report Center Training
sessions have been scheduled: 11/2 and 11/9 at 10:00am
Patty to send out the Zoom information for both of them. Pick either/or to attend.  

Next general session TBD - suggested 12/7 @ 10:00AM

• Tips for Testing
  Pass out your college Pilot application URL to other staff members to test.
  Each user will first create an OpenCCC account then begin entering test applications.
  To change your Date of Birth (so you can test applying as a minor)-from the Account/Mailing page,
  select "Edit OpenCCC Account" and scroll down to the Date of Birth field.
  Change the date and Save & Return to the application in-progress.
