  • To production environment:  August 6, 2024

Release Summary

  • The Data Warehouse Report Server (DWRS) server was updated with the latest stability patches.

  • Several updates were made to the following reports within the DWRS: Community College Promise Grant (CCPG) report and Bi-directional Fraud Reports (BDFR).

  • Several updates were made to the following datasets within DW Direct Connect: Chancellor's Office Curriculum Inventory (COCI) dataset, Course ID (C-ID) dataset, list of current colleges and districts, and replica datasets.

More Information  

  • Changes to reports within the DWRS:

    • The existing CCPG report (previously known as the BOGFW report) now includes additional fields.

    • The existing BDFR report no longer includes rescinded fraud reports.

  • Changes to datasets within DW Direct Connect:

    • The COCI dataset now includes several new tables/fields to align with COCIv4.0.

    • The C-ID dataset now includes a new table for top_codes.

    • The listing of current colleges and districts in application and replica datasets are now being fully populated.

Documentation

Existing public-facing documentation related to the above release changes will be updated to reflect changes.
