Option 2: Ask the student to self-identify and then branch out or add skip logic to hide questions that are not applicable to the student
Option 3: Would a separate application be more beneficial overall (link a separate version of Apply) - goal would be to get around the self-identifying

Add logic that will allow a "non-credit" applicant to submit a second application to the same Term.
