CCCApply Administrator Updates
Several updates were made in the CCCApply Administrator, including:
IDme ID Verification Data Fields Added to the Rules & Messages Modules
Colleges are now able to create custom email rules and messages using these fields:
IDme Confirmation Timestamp <idme_confirmation_timestamp>
IDme Opt-in Timestamp <idme_option_timestamp>
IDme Workflow Status <idme_workflow_status>
The Reset Downloads Utilities Removed from the CAP Interface
In June 2023, the CCCApply Download Client tool was discontinued from service and is no longer supported. As part of this effort, the Reset Downloads utilities have been removed from the CCCApply Administrator for all CCCApply applications.
If you have any questions about the discontinuous of the CCCApply download process and/or the delivery of data through the Superglue College Adaptor, please contact your CCCTC College Experience Manager (CEM) at cems@ccctechcenter.org.
CCCApply Report Center Updates
Several previously released data fields and minor formatting changes, as well as the Full Application Reports for each of the three CCCApply applications. The table below indicates the data field and where it was added in the Report Center.

Data Access & Delivery
There are no new or deprecated data fields being implemented in this release (CCCApply v.6.16.0). The information below provides general information about CCCApply data access and delivery.
Superglue for Apply
As new features and functionality are developed for CCCApply and other systemwide technology applications, it may be necessary for colleges to upgrade their existing Superglue College Adaptor schema to the latest version. For information about the Superglue College Adaptor and your current schema version, please contact your College Experience Manager at Enabling Services for assistance.
Data Warehouse Access
All CCCApply and Student Success Suite data fields are ultimately stored in the CCC Data Warehouse which can be accessed directly via the Data Warehouse Direct Access Connection service and/or, for authorized admins and staff, through the Data Warehouse Report Server.
Reminder: The CCCApply Download Client reached end-of-life on June 30, 2023. The service is no longer support and the Download server is scheduled to be taken offline in 2024.
