CCCApply Administrator Updates

Several updates were made in the CCCApply Administrator, including:

IDme ID Verification

Data

Fields Added to the Rules & Messages Modules

Colleges are may now able to create custom email rules and messages using these fields:

  • IDme Confirmation Timestamp <idme_confirmation_timestamp>

  • IDme Opt-in Timestamp <idme_option_timestamp>

  • IDme Workflow Status <idme_workflow_status>

The Reset Downloads Utilities Removed from the CAP Interface

In June 2023, the CCCApply Download Client tool was discontinued from service and is no longer supported. As part of this effort, the Reset Downloads utilities have been removed from the CCCApply Administrator for all CCCApply applications. The latest version of the CCCApply Administrator User Guide reflects this change.

    Bug Fix

    Fixed issue sending In-Progress Application email reminders

    Hotfix v.6.16.1 - A temporary bottleneck in the messenger service prevented the two auto-email reminders from being sent to students who start but do not submit their application within 24 hours or 7 days. This issue has been resolved.

    Fixed issue sending Title IX survey monthly admin reports

    An error in the cccsurvey system was preventing the monthly admin reports from being sent out. This is fixed.

    Bug Fix

    Fixed error displaying incorrect message about submitted applications

    A database error was incorrectly throwing an error message to users stating their application was not submitted successfully. This issue was reported through the CCC Helpdesk. The issue was resolved within 4 hours.

    Fixed error viewing submitted apps from My Applications page

    An error preventing users from viewing applications submitted prior to December 2023 from their My Applications page was resolved. This issue was reported through the CCC Helpdesk.

    Corrected typo in the CCCApply Application footer

    Corrected a typo in the copyright statement in the Application page footer. The word “Colleges” was spelled wrong.

    Applicant’s response to “No current mailing address (homeless)” will now display properly if the applicant indicates they have no current mailing address because they are homeless.

    • server was updated with the latest stability patches and several updates were made to the following reports: Community College Promise Grant (CCPG) report and Bi-directional Fraud Reports (BDFR).

    SuperGlue & College Adaptor Updates

    Several improvements were made in July 2024 to enhance the reliability of application delivery within the conductor workflow system. No schema updates


    Data Access & Delivery

    Note

    There are no new or deprecated data fields being implemented in this release (CCCApply v.6.16.0)that requires a schema update for Superglue or the College Adaptor. The information below provides general information about CCCApply data access and delivery.

    Superglue for Apply

    As new features and functionality are developed for CCCApply and other systemwide technology applications, it may be necessary for colleges to upgrade their existing Superglue College Adaptor schema to the latest version. For information about the Superglue College Adaptor and your current schema version, please contact your College Experience Manager at Enabling Services for assistance.

    Data Warehouse Access

    All CCCApply and Student Success Suite data fields are ultimately stored in the CCC Data Warehouse which can be accessed directly via the Data Warehouse Direct Access Connection service and/or, for authorized admins and staff, through the Data Warehouse Report Server.

    Reminder:The CCCApply Download Client reached end-of-life on June 30, 2023. The and the service is no longer support and the Download server is scheduled to be taken offline in 2024.
