System Technical Upgrade
This release focused on the completion of a significant technical upgrade to the OpenCCC identity and access management system. This upgrade will improve account recovery performance in our student account system, and support faster, more efficient troubleshooting and bug fixes across our support channels and Help Desk. Most importantly, this effort better secures and safeguards our systemwide applications and services.
This upgrade also allows us to maintain the system on a recurring basis to take advantage of new features and enhancements, and to avoid issues that can arise from running older versions.

Support for IDme Verification Status Change Data
Part of the The system upgrade deployed in this release includes several enhancements to supporting our IDme Identity Verification Integration, including event triggers and a set of new post-submission data fields that will enable colleges to track student IDme verification status changes over time and/or when specific account profile information is changed by the student. (See IDme Verification Status Change Data for more information).
New IDme Status Change Data Fields
A new set of New IDme Verification Status Change Fields & Values have been created to track student IDme student verification status changes over time and/or if specific account profile data changes are made (see IDme Verification Status Change Data for more information). This release supports accuracy of these fields. Note: These fields are not stored in the CCCApply Report Center; however they are included in the IDme Verification Status Change Reportand the data will be delivered with the Superglue 5.1.0 upgrade*.
IDme Verification Status Change Report
A set of new status change data fields and timestamps have been added to the post-submission Apply data that can be accessed by colleges in a newly updated version of The new IDme Verification Status Change Fields are essential to the newly revised IDme Verification Status Change Report which provides colleges a one-time backfill report and a recurring daily or weekly status change report moving forward. See full details about the IDme Verification Status Change Report and, following an upcoming Superglue version release, can be delivered directly to a dedicated staging table.

Note: The initial first version of the ID.me status change report was put on hold in September 2024 due to a dependency on this production release to ensure data accuracy and the delivery of account profile event notifications. |
Colleges may request access to the IDme Verification Status Change Report by contacting CCCTC Staff Support at staffsupportccctc@openccc.zendesk.com. Note: A pre-production pilot release is not available for this release. The backend updates being deployed support the new IDme status change data which is only available to colleges via the IDme Verification Status Change Reportand/or Superglue delivery of these data fields. Bug Fixes
Minor Chatbot Update: A small code fix was made to the OpenCCC Account chatbot tool.
Woodland College Phone Number: The phone number for Woodland College has been updated in CCCApply applications.

New IDme Status Change Data Fields

The IDme Verification Status Change Fields & Values will be (by request) and will soon be delivered via Superglue in an also be available for delivery in the Superglue 5.1.0 upcoming release. All Apply data fields, including the IDme and status change data fields, are documented in the CCCApply Standard & Noncredit Application Data Dictionary (v.2024.5 or higher).

Superglue for Apply
As new features and functionality are developed for CCCApply and other systemwide technology applications, it may be necessary for colleges to upgrade their existing Superglue College Adaptor schema to the latest version. For information about the Superglue College Adaptor and your current schema version, please contact your College Experience Manager at Enabling Services for assistance.
Data Warehouse Access
All CCCApply and Student Success Suite data fields are ultimately stored in the CCC Data Warehouse which can be accessed directly via the Data Warehouse Direct Access Connection service and/or, for authorized admins and staff, through the Data Warehouse Report Server.
