    1. The section that applies to installation is entitled "Unzipping, Installing, and Configuring the Download Client."
    2. The necessary Download Client application files are comprised of the transfer-client.jar file, an application-context.xml file, and a ccctransfer.properties file. All of these files are available on the same page as the CCCApply Download Client guide here: CCCApply Download Client Guide and Files.
  2. Follow the same steps directions from step 4 in the "Unzipping, Installing, and Configuring the Download Client" section to configure your job and format XML files. The job XML file is where you define the environment you will be downloading from. You will want to do this for Pilot first, to make sure the downloads are working correctly.
  3. Run the download against your Pilot environment from a command prompt (Windows and Unix options are offered in the guide).
  4. Check the downloaded data against the actual application(s) submitted and what your SIS needs, to check you are downloading all the fields that you need.
  5. Run the download against your Production environment and import the downloaded data into your SIS.
