CCCApply Administrator Updates
Several updates were made to the CCCApply Administrator, including:
the three IDme data fields were added to the Rules module and the Messages module, giving colleges the option to create custom email rules using the following fields:
IDme Confirmation Timestamp <idme_confirmation_timestamp>
IDme Opt-in Timestamp <idme_option_timestamp>
IDme Workflow Status <idme_workflow_status>
access to the CCCApply Reset Downloads utility was removed from the Utilities menu for all three CCCApply admin applications in accordance with the discontinuance of the CCCApply Download Client
CCCApply Report Center Updates
Several previously released data fields and minor formatting changes, as well as the Full Application Reports for each of the three CCCApply applications. The table below indicates the data field and where it was added in the Report Center.

Superglue for Apply
As new features and functionality are developed for CCCApply and other systemwide technology applications, it may be necessary for colleges to upgrade their existing Superglue College Adaptor schema to the latest version. For information about the Superglue College Adaptor and your current schema version, please contact your College Experience Manager at Enabling Services for assistance.
Data Warehouse Access
All CCCApply and Student Success Suite data fields are ultimately stored in the CCC Data Warehouse which can be accessed directly via the Data Warehouse Direct Access Connection service and/or, for authorized admins and staff, through the Data Warehouse Report Server.

Reminder:The CCCApply Download Client reached end-of-life on June 30, 2023. The service is no longer support and the Download server is scheduled to be taken offline on March 31, 2024. |
