Overview
In order to connect our colleges with newer, faster, and more secure data delivery, CCC Technology Center has begun the process to phase-out the legacy CCCApply Download Client with the SuperGlue for Apply integrated framework. As of July 1, 2023, the Download Client will no longer be supported by the CCCTC.
Phase-Out Timeline
September 2021: DLC end-of-life announcement is made to the field; consistent messaging campaign begins.
January 2022: DLC updates restricted to high-priority and MIS-mandated data fields only. New SSS v.1.0 fields are delivered exclusively via SuperGlue for Apply.
July 1, 2022: Migration campaign begins; colleges are encouraged to transition off the DLC and migrate to SuperGlue for Apply by June 2023.
June 30, 2023: Support for DLC ends; download servers turned off.

IMPORTANT: Beginning Fall 2021, the CCCApply Download Client (DLC) will begin end-of-life activities. The CCCTC will continue required maintenance and bug fixes for the DLC, but no new student data fields will be made available to the CCCApply Download server or the DLC software. The CCCTC has begun communication campaigns to encourage colleges to move to SuperGlue for Apply as the primary mode of data delivery for CCCApply, OpenCCC Account, and CCC MyPath data, moving forward.
