- Display logic change: Revise "Condition 2" of the HS Transcript Information section conditional display logic to remove the age/date limitation FROM: "High School Completion Date is < 10 years from the RDD (high school completion/graduation is less than 10 years prior to the day before the first day of the selected Term)" from the three-part logic in Condition 2:
- TO: Display "High School Transcript Information" section and display “Grade Point Average” question, but DO NOT display “Have you completed the 11th grade?” question IF:
- User has a "High School Education Level is one of the following:
- Received high school diploma from US high school
- Passed a high school equivalency test
- Received a Certificate of California High School Proficiency
- AND User's High School country = United States
- User has a "High School Education Level is one of the following:
- This means that the MM section will appear for EVERY applicant - regardless of age - that has graduated or equivalent from a US high school
- TO: Display "High School Transcript Information" section and display “Grade Point Average” question, but DO NOT display “Have you completed the 11th grade?” question IF:
- GPA Question: Revise the conditions for displaying the GPA question by removing the piece of logic in Condition #2 that says, "

- Question #4: Highest Math Course
TakenCompleted- KEEP the data field name that exists today: highest_math_course_taken
- ADD a new data field response/value to <highest_math_course_taken> = 13 - Math Analysis and add it to the drop down
- Position the new response option between Trigonometry AND Pre-Calculus IN THE DROP DOWN MENU
- Update the question label for "Highest Math Course Taken" TO: Highest Math Course Completed
- Update the onscreen question text TO:

Values/Response Options: Mallory emailed the information that needs to be displayed in a pop-up Help textbox which will provide additional names for the courses, as well as some definitions to the courses. Amanda is getting this UI challenge reviewed by the dev team and will come back with a proposal to pose to Mallory & John.

NOTE: 7.27.18 – Per call with Mallory Newell & John Hadad, we are not adding these two questions per discussion of the requirement already being met with the questions #4 - #7 above. in response to Patty's deep dive review and suggestion that these would be redundant to the other questions above because we are already targeting the audience these are intended for now with the questions above. Mallory agreed and approved to cancel these two new questions.
REVISED High School Transcript Information Section
General Requirements
The technical specifications below are for OPTIONAL adoption and implementation of the High School Transcript Information section which will appear on the Education page. Colleges must opt-in to participate. If a college chooses to implement, the display of questions and logic must be turned on manually by the CCCApply development team.
Heading: High School Transcript Information
Onscreen Text: "College staff use this information to provide guidance. Your responses will not affect your admission to college."
Conditions for High School Transcript Information Section
The "High School Transcript Information" section will appear between the Last High School Attended and the College Education Level sections IF either of the conditions below are met, otherwise it does not display.
Condition 1:
Display "High School Transcript Information" section and "Have you completed the 11th grade?" question IF:
High School Education Level = "Will be enrolled in high school (or lower grade) and college at the same time"
AND
High school Country = United States
Condition 2:
Display "High School Transcript Information" section and display “Grade Point Average” question, but DO NOT display “Have you completed the 11th grade?” question IF:
High School Education Level is one of the following:
- Received high school diploma from US high school
- Passed a high school equivalency test
- Received a Certificate of California High School Proficiency;
AND
