This is the CCCApply Migration & Implementation Activities Checklist for the CCCApply Administrator 2.0 Upgrade. 


Step-by-Step Instructions

For the most effective and expedient experience confirming your migration from the legacy CCCApply Administrator 1.0 to the new CCCApply Administrator 2.0 Upgrade, we recommend following the steps below.

FOR COLLEGE or DISTRICT IT STAFF ONLY

Anytime BEFORE September 21

  1. Navigate to the CCCApply 6.2.0 Implementation Homepage and open the "CCCApply 6.2.0: Technical Tasks & Implementation Survey


  2. Login to the new Pilot CCCApply Administrator 2.0 using your new custom URL

  3. Login to the new Pilot CCC Report Center using your new custom URL

  4. Complete the CCCApply 6.2.0: Technical Tasks & Implementation Survey

Production CCCApply Administrator (Admin 1.0) 

  1. Login to your Production CCCApply Administrator (Admin 1.0) with your existing user account

  2. Complete all activities listed in the "Production Pre-Migration Activities Checklist" and complete the Pre-Migration Activities Survey

When all migration tasks are completed, complete the shared Pre-Migration Activities Survey

Navigate to the CCCTC Shared Google Drive Folder and open the "Pilot Migration & Implementation Survey"

PILOT CCCApply Standard Application 

  1. Login to your existing PILOT CCCApply Standard Application 

  2. Use your existing Pilot CCCApply application to go through the activities on the Pilot Migration & Implementation Activities Checklist

NEW PILOT CCCApply Administrator 2.0

NOTE: Use the new custom URL for your college.

  1. Login to your new PILOT CCCApply Administrator 2.0 URL - land on the CCC Administrator home page

  2. From the new CCC Administrator global landing page, launch the new CCCApply Administrator from the "APPLICATIONS" drop down menu

  3. Complete your Confirm IdP authentication and user account authorization and answer questions 1 - 4 of the "Pilot Migration & Implementation Survey"

Questions 1 - 4 pertain to technical integration setup between your college or district IdP and the new CCC Administrator & CCCApply Admin 2.0. (Authentication & Authorization)

  1. Login to your new PILOT CCCApply Administrator 2.0 URL - land on the CCC Administrator home page.

  2. Select "Systems Administrator > User Manager" from the "APPLICATIONS" drop down menu. 

  3. Complete questions 5 - 7 of the "Pilot Migration & Implementation Survey"

Supplemental Questions

 

 

 

 

Implementing Supplemental Questions is optional. However, if you are currently asking supplemental questions in CCCApply, only one page of questions (XML file) can be "Active" at a time. We recommend that a copy of each page of Supplemental Questions be exported and saved for reference purposes.

 

 

Click on the Supplemental Questions module tab to display the Supplemental Questions summary page.  Snap a screen shot of the summary table for reference.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Place a checkmark to the left of each Page ID and click on "Export" at the bottom of the table to  save a copy of each XML page for reference.
