Support for Canvas Data 2

Modifications to Canvas Data 2 support to segmentation of Canvas data at the sub-account level; this enables the CCCTC to segment college data at multi-college districts where Canvas is configured at the district at its root. To have the CCC Tech Center segment colleges within your district, contact Enabling Services at cems@ccctechcenter.org. 

Flag in-progress applications with "applied_other" status 

Add new boolean field “applied_other” added to the DW as part of the in_progress_applications table in the Data Warehouse and Data Warehouse Report Server. This field indicate whether a student that started and did not not complete an application has completed an application to another CCC during the same term. 

• If another completed application is found applied_other is set to Y

• If no other completed application is found applied_other is set to N

Updates to C-ID data source 

The C-ID datasource has been modified in support of the C-ID 3.11 release. The following tables have been changed:

• histories

• history_values

• opt_outs

• coci_courses

• coci_top_codes

• status_counts
