Accessing the CCC Administrator 1.0
Use the following steps to log in to the CCC Administrator.
In your web browser, navigate to the following URL:
- PILOT: http://<college OR district domain>.pilot.openccc.net/admin
- PROD: http://<college OR district domain>.openccc.net/admin
Note: Your college/district-specific domain for the URLs above will be communicated to you during one-on-one kick-off meetings with CCC Tech Center Tech Support and links are also accessible here: https://cccnext.jira.com/wiki/x/HABhKw
Enter your user name and password in the Username and Password fields and click Login to display the CCC Administrator home page.
From the CCC Administrator home page click the Applications drop-down list to see options for system administration or for administering the applications you are authorized to access.
Note: The System Administrator application only displays for authorized users who have been assigned a SuperUser or CCCAdmin user role.
User Manager
The User Manager appears in a sub-menu of the System Administrator application from the "Applications" dropdown. The User Manager is to add or update users for your district or college within the scope of .
User Manager Summary Page
- A user authorized to add users navigates to this page by clicking on the User Manager menu.
- An authorized User can add, modify or, depending on the scope of their user permissions, delete a user on this page based on the application(s) for which they are authorized.
The User Manager Summary page displays the following columns:
Column | Description |

College or District | Displays the name of the College or District that the user is permitted to access based on the scope of their user authorizations. |
MIS Code | Displays the user's college or district's MIS code. |
UserID (EPPN) | Displays the user's UserID, which is equivalent to their eduPersonPrimaryName (EPPN) that is associated to the user in the college or district's user directory. |
Application(s) | List of application(s) that the user is authorized to access based on the scope of their user account permissions. |

Adding Users
Use the following steps to create an account for a new user for your application.
The user account will define the full scope of the new person’s MIS code, application(s) access, CRUD permissions, and other permissions and authorities based on their assigned role(s).
- From the CCC Administrator home page, click Applications -> System Administrator -> User Manager to display the User Manager screen.
- Click Add User to display the Add User dialog box.
- Enter or select values in the text fields for the user role:
- Enter the user’s EPPN in the UserId (Eppn) field.
- Select the MIS code for the user’s college (default display will be for your district’s colleges and/or individual college).
- Select the check box(es) for the user’s role or roles from the Roles field group. Use the table below as a guide for the different roles:

- Click Save to display the newly-added user in the User Manager screen. Your newly-added user will display at the end of the list of users in the User Manager screen.
Editing a User Role
Click the Edit icon for any user row to display that user’s assigned roles. You can edit and save the user’s role settings.
Disabling User Account
A user account can only be deleted by Support. However, a local college or district admin can disable access to any applications by removing all roles affiliated with an account.
Deleting a User
To delete a user, please contact Support. Once an account has been deleted by support, the user will be removed from the User Manager screen and they will not have access privileges to the applications configured in the CCC Administrator 1.0.
User Manager List
The User Manager page provides a view into users who are configured with a CCC Administrator account. The list can be sorted by clicking on the column header to easily navigate through the list. Multiple clicks on the header alternates between descending and ascending order. The User Manager page displays all users affiliated to the same MIS code as the provisioning admin. However, the provisioning admin can only grant and manage user access to specific applications, dependent on provisioning administrative rights.
