Q: We believe we have configured our majors correctly for the Ed Goal/Majors filter. Why are our majors not filtering correctly when the “Obtain an associate degree and transfer to a 4-year institution” education goal selected?

Q: Why are some of our categories not displaying in the Major Category drop down?
Answer: If the Ed Goal filter is enabled and the user has selected the option to “Obtain an associate degree and transfer to a 4-year institution” in the Education Goal question, the user will only see the categories that include at least one major that leads to an associate degree.
Suggested Remedy: Ensure every major associated with one of the following award types* are associated with at least one category.
Reminder: Major Categories do not display in the Noncredit Application.
Q: After adding a new Major for our Standard Application, why is it not displaying to the user immediately in the application?
