Identifying 4 or 5 strategies to improve the perception of CCCApply by students & Staff
Focus groups: 2 or more focus groups (Staff & Students)
Recommending a set of FAQ pages - instead of the Whitepaper. Who's going to read an academic 'whitepaper', really? Better to provide short snippets of valuable information in FAQ form then a formal whitepaper-style document response. What do you think?
Infographic - show it to the Committee for feedback.
