When do colleges using SuperGlue need to make these required changes?

In order to receive the new data from CCCApply, the required updates detailed above should be completed prior to the New Information as of 3/11/2020: Due to third-party updates to multiple measures student placement generation using the new “highestGradecompleted” field, the SuperGlue College Adapter 3.7.0 will not be available until approximately one week after CCCApply 6.7.0’s target release dates for both environments. The SuperGlue development team recommends that colleges using Glue for Apply should upgrade to SuperGlue College Adapter 3.7.0 prior to the CCCApply release dates in order for the new data to be delivered at the time of the Apply 6.7.0 release. After CCCApply 6.7.0 is released, 0 is in production. Colleges using the SuperGlue college adapter should still make changes in advance of the release to add a column for the “highestGradecompleted” field to their SIS staging tables; however, student placement data for this new field will not be delivered until the new SuperGlue Adapter is deployed a week later. In the week between CCCApply’s 6.7.0 release and the release of the SuperGlue college adapter 3.7.0, the data in the previous field, “completedEleventhgrade,” will continue to be delivered. Once SuperGlue 3.7.0 is in production, data for the new “highestGradecompleted” field will be delivered to SIS staging tables and the “completedEleventhgrade” field in all college staging tables will be null.
