Release Summary
Additional OpenCCCApply data fields have been added to the Data Warehouse Report Server (DWRS).
New self-service password reset management for DWRS users using multi-factor authentication (2FA) (non-SSO).
Implementation Notes
Two recent updates made to the Data Warehouse Report Server since January 1, 2023, including the new secure identity management system (Release v.2.2.0) and the new self-serve password reset technology (Release v.2.3.0), have impacted existing DWRS users and require some action by the user to access the DWRS.
These changes result in a new URL and sign-in process for college/district accounts using SSO, and a one-time account update for non-SSO users, such as Chancellor’s Office, CVC/OEI and other external user accounts.
