Problem / Issue
Per Diablo Valley College - the Authorized Agent or Representative section in the International Application does not include an Agent Email address, which is imperative for most International Admissions business processes - which is the preferred method of communication between colleges and authorized agents (typically).
Proposed Solution
This makes perfect sense and as product manager I am approving this request. The specs will follow the standards already being followed in the applications (Email address - 125 characters length, must have an @ symbol. Will be a downloadable field, delivered by Glue, and added to the Report Center / DW.
Add the field to the following systems and services:
- Make this field a downloadable field
- Deliver this field to Superglue
- Add to the Student Profile > Data Lake > Data Warehouse
- Add to Pilot & Prod Administrators > International App > Rules & Messages
- Add as a field in the CCCApply Report Center
- Add as a field on the International Full Application XML Report
- Add to the International Application Data Dictionary (and other published tables of Downloadable Data Fields
