Problem / Issue
The current version of CCCApply (uPortal v.X) is not currently accessible via mobile phones or tablet devices, thus impacting the student-centric user experience by limiting

Gary Thompson was approved to produce a series of wireframes and then once created - review with stakeholders (Apply team, Product manager, Program & Tech Center Managers, and then Advisory committee.
