Problem Statement or Business Need
Per request from CCCCO, implement pre-population and auto-population functionality in the CC Promise Grant Application (formerly known as the BOG Fee Waiver Application) so that the system looks for a previously submitted BOG application from the same student within the past 2 years, and if found, autopopulates as many eligible data fields as possible.
Also ncluded Second - look for a previously submitted CCCApply standard application. If found (submitted within the last 2 years? check on that - maybe 1 year) pre-fill as many applicable data fields as possible. .
