CCCApply Administrator Updates
Several updates were made in the CCCApply Administrator, including:
IDme ID Verification Data Fields Added to the Rules & Messages Modules
Colleges are now able to create custom email rules and messages using these fields:
IDme Confirmation Timestamp <idme_confirmation_timestamp>
IDme Opt-in Timestamp <idme_option_timestamp>
IDme Workflow Status <idme_workflow_status>
The Reset Downloads Utilities Removed from the CAP Interface
The links were removed for all three CCCApply applications in accordance with the discontinued CCCApply Download ClientIn June 2023, the CCCApply Download Client tool was discontinued from service and is no longer supported. As part of this effort, the Reset Downloads utilities have been removed from the CCCApply Administrator for all CCCApply applications.

Several previously released data fields and minor formatting changes, as well as the Full Application Reports for each of the three CCCApply applications. The table below indicates the data field and where it was added in the Report Center.

Bug Fix | Fixed error viewing submitted apps from My Applications page | An error preventing users from viewing applications submitted prior to December 2023 from their My Applications page was resolved. This issue was reported through the CCC Helpdesk. |
Text Fix | Corrected typo in the CCCApply Application footer | Corrected a typo in the copyright statement in the Application page footer. The word “Colleges” was spelled wrong. |
Text Fix | Added missing text on the Review Application page | Applicant’s response to “No current mailing address (homeless)” will now display properly if the applicant indicates they have no current mailing address because they are homeless. |

Superglue for Apply
As new features and functionality are developed for CCCApply and other systemwide technology applications, it may be necessary for colleges to upgrade their existing Superglue College Adaptor schema to the latest version. For information about the Superglue College Adaptor and your current schema version, please contact your College Experience Manager at Enabling Services for assistance.
Data Warehouse Access
All CCCApply and Student Success Suite data fields are ultimately stored in the CCC Data Warehouse which can be accessed directly via the Data Warehouse Direct Access Connection service and/or, for authorized admins and staff, through the Data Warehouse Report Server.
