New Process for College/District Users
College and district users will now access the Data Warehouse Report Server via a custom URL configured to their specific MIS code. See Data Warehouse Report Server URLsto find your link.
This change enables single sign-on for authorized users using their existing institution’s IdP credentials (email, password, etc.)
This means that college and district users will no longer “sign in” or authenticate via the direct, two-factor (2FA) process. Changes and updates to user credentials should be directed to your internal college/district IT staff.
For help using the Report Server, please refer to the Data Warehouse Report Server User Guide.
The email address in the new DWRS system must match the one used to create the account initially. If that email address changes at the college end, please contact CCCTC Support to update this information.
