The Core Administrator Platform (CAP) is a centralized system administrator platform that facilitates authentication and user authorization for multiple, integrated admin configuration & reporting tools, including CCCApply Administrator (Standard, International, CCPG), the CCCApply Report Center, and the Canvas Administrator.

The CCC Administrator is the branded name for the shared, centralized System Administrator > User Management tool, and serves as the single-point-of-entry for authorized users and access to the integrated CCCApply & Canvas administrator tools.

• The shared System Administrator > User Management facilitates configuration of user accounts, roles, and access permissions (to individual Administrator tools).

The CCCApply Administrator is a shared administrator tool with one common College & District Information section (tables) and three separate admin applications, one for each of the CCCApply applications: Standard/Noncredit, International, and Promise Grant.

• Required (and optional) admin settings are configured separately for each application, including terms, majors/categories, rules, messages, supplemental questions, download resets, and Spam Filter maintenance.
