2. Contact the CCCTC Enabling Services team (crms@ccctechcenter.org) to schedule installation of the SuperGlue 3.7.0 college adapter version that supports CCCApply 6.7.0.  

   1. Pilot version of the college adapter is targeted for release on February 2126, 2020

   2. Production version of the college adapter is targeted for release on March 20, 2020
      

3. College IT staff may need to update any college-specific processing required to move the new data from the staging tables into SIS core tables/forms

In order to receive the new data from CCCApply, the required updates detailed above should be completed prior to the CCCApply 6.7.0’s target release dates for both environments. The SuperGlue development team recommends that colleges using Glue for Apply should upgrade to SuperGlue College Adapter 3.7.0 one week prior to the CCCApply release dates (listed below) in order for the new data to be delivered at the time of the Apply 6.7.0 release. After CCCApply 6.7.0 is released, the “completedEleventhgrade” field in all college staging tables will be null.
