Release Summary

  • Additional OpenCCCApply data fields added to the Data Warehouse Report Server (DWRS).

  • New self-service password reset management for DWRS users using multi-factor authentication (2FA) (non-SSO).

Implementation Notes

Two recent updates made to the Data Warehouse Report Server since January 1, 2023, including the new secure identity management system (Release v.2.2.0) and the new self-serve password reset technology (Release v.2.3.0), have impacted existing DWRS users and require some action by the user to access the DWRS.

These changes result in a new URL and sign-in process for college/district accounts using SSO, and a one-time account update for non-SSO users, such as Chancellor’s Office, CVC/OEI and other external user accounts.

Update Processes for Existing DWRS Users (v2.2.0)

IMPORTANT: Existing users should refer to Release 2023.CCCData.2.2.0 and the Update Processes for Existing DWRS Users (v.2.2.0) for steps to update your account due to recent security updates.

Due to recent security updates deployed for DWRS user authentication, existing user accounts will experience a one-time change to the sign-in process. Please see Implementation Notes in Release 2023.CCCData.2.2.0.
