Problem Statement or Business Need

Many of the original design and UX enhancements proposed for the new CCCApply Administrator 2.0 application, as well as the features moved to the CCC Administrator (CAP) product, were re-prioritized during development in order to meet the deployment target date and budget.  Some of these enhancements are approved change requests already, dating back to 2012-2016 when the OpenCCCApply applications were redesigned, including the new International Application - that are still pending development, yet are being revisited to ensure they are still valid in the new system (from a business and technical perspective).

Some changes are new and will be captured here for development in September 2018.

Proposed Solution

  • Patty will groom and prioritize all features and functionality that was reprioritized and moved from CAP 1.0 release - tagged "MoveApply" - to the OpenApply project.
  • Prioritize all feature work for September 2018 release
  • Prioritize all features & functionality for future releases
  • Send out to CCCApply Steering Committee (via survey) for approval, deferral or decline.
