Change Request Review Meeting 7.27.18
Background Information - Need to Update MM Questions in CCCApply for September 2018 Release
7.3.18: Per meeting with Jennifer Coleman, the MMI Steering Committee is considering a revision to the number of questions and logic included in the self-reported MM section within CCCApply. The reason behind the revision is twofold: 1) as part of the larger MMP data integration project between CCGI and eTranscript California, transcript data can be obtained through an expansino of the existing CCCApply>CCGI web service to store that data for review by CalPass Plus in order to determine placement assessment; and 2) the current implementation of MM questions in CCCApply now can be largely reduced by a revision to how the data is being used for placement - thus only needing GPA and possibly one other question to assess placement based on self-reported data
Confirmation of Requirements Requested in 7.24.18 document (Link: SelfReportedQuestionEdits072418.R-72718.docx )
Update logic in the GPA Question: Revise the conditions for displaying the GPA question by removing the piece of logic removed in Condition #2 that says, "
only display IF the user's "High School Completion Date is < 10 years from the RDD (high school completion/graduation is less than 10 years prior to the day before the first day of the selected Term)" from the three-part logic in Condition 2, which is a reiteration of the general logic change above.
Update Question #2: Highest English Course Taken Completed
Update the onscreen question text for "Highest English Course"
TO: "What was the highest English course you completed in high school? You may have passed or not passed the course, but you remained enrolled until the end."
