July 2020: The CCC Technology Center updated their online support sites with the modern, cloud-based community platform, Vanilla Forums, which serves millions of end-users around the globe. This online guide provides CCC faculty and staff a quick start “how to” primer for using the new tool and connecting with CCCTC college support services.

This online guide provides CCC faculty and staff a quick start “how to” primer for sharing news and information, connecting with colleagues, and contacting CCCTC college support services.

CCCTechnology.info delivers a modern, cloud-based community user experience for California Community Colleges faculty and staff, providing easy access to product news, discussion channels, release announcements, and 24/7 online support for all CCCTC systemwide technology applications and services.

Getting There

The URL for the online community support site for California Colleges faculty and staff remains http://ccctechnology.info. All college staff users are welcome to peruse the discussions and announcements on the site at any time; however in order to take advantage of the features and functionality available to faculty and staff, including posting a question or comment, users are encouraged to register for an account by following the easy steps outlined in the following section, Registering & Signing In.
